Been used for grandma accommodation, not done any miles for 6 years.This was brought by my mum and dad and had very light use up until he passed away, it sat in my mums garden for two years until six years ago I towed it up to Lincolnshire as an extra room for when my mum comes to stay. We are now moving closer to her and don’t need it.You get all you see in the photos, the spare wheel is flat as the wheel clamp was leaning up against the valve and it cracked it. The rest of the tyres hold air and will need a once over I would suggest, the same for the brakes and the lights, and I would expect to change the battery.It is in good little used condition, and all the manuals we have come with it too. I would re-seal the shower, but this has only been used for storage for the past six years.electric mover thingy on it, it did work, I don’t know how to work it and have not tested it.You get all you see in the photos.Caravaning is not my thing, I don’t fully understand how it all works, but any questions please ask I will help as much as I can.
