Avondale Sandmartin caravan, listing on behalf of a computer illiterate friend!1998 model, was purchased by him last year to use as temporary accommodation during building work, although only needed for two weeks, and used as clothes storage after.Caravan is in excellent condition, and was very well looked after by the previous owner. Everything inside works as it should, including fridge, heating, taps, oven etc. All windows have blind/ curtains which are all in excellent order, all windows open as they should. There are no water leaks, no damp problems, all upholstery and carpets are in good condition. When purchased last year the caravan was brought back approximately 100 miles, and towed well with no issues, and has not moved since, all tyres have remained inflated.Building work finished, so no further use for the caravan, and the space is now needed. There is no reserve, and payment is cash on collection only, unable to deliver, so any bidder must be able to collect.Caravan is located near Brentwood in Essex, and viewing is more than welcome. Any questions please ring Phil, 07946527875 this will be a lot quicker than me relaying email questions!
