Hi and welcome to the auction for my Avondale Carlton.The caravan is a 1998 model, 5 Berth touring caravan with 3/4 length air awning.This is a reluctant sale due to work commitments and free use of a static caravan which means we no longer use it.We have owned the caravan for a year and have had some lovely holidays in it but the time has come to move on and let someone else enjoy it as much as we have.The caravan is very tidy, has ample storage for a family, damp free and has all the items you will need to start camping straight away.Included in the sale:- awning (vango airawning), electricity cable, 2x aqua rollers, 2x waste rollers, gas bottle with some gas,electric and gas water heater, cassette toilet, 3 way fridge freezer, 4 burner hob, oven, 2x folding chairs, 2x folding tables, wind breaker, cutlery and plates, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, leg winder, hitch lock, side skirt, towing mirrors(screw on), tv Ariel (with extension mast), and probably some other items I’ve forgotten to list. Lay out:- sofas/queen size bed at the front, sofas/double bed and pull out bunk bed at the rear and side bathroom,Bad points this a 20 year old caravan and although everything works as it should with no damp the van has some age-related marks a cracked rear light (working and legal)and a missing front marker light lenses as shown in the photos.Weight 956kg 1160kg (laden) I honestly do believe this is the best starter caravan for anyone…
