This is an auction for 1992 Avondale Avocet.Relisted due to non replying 0 feedback winner please plesae please only bid if you are a serious buyer !This is a no reserve auction.The van is for spares or repairs only, it has been stood for approximately 4 years and used as storage .It has been given a clean today inside and out and looks tidyThe cooker and heater work as do the road lights as I have driven it around the storage field and it is not seized up. There is no leisure battery so unsure whether the interior lighting etc work although I do know the large roof light at the rear of the van is broken. I see no reason why the hot water , fridge etc do not work but no promises they do as I cannot hook up to water or electric in its current location.There are a few issues with the caravan Evidence of damp in the corner of the toilet , shower room.Blinds and fly screens are temprementle no fly screen to the large window at the front.off side front side window has the effect of being shattered it is not and the outer window is fine no leaks.Jockey wheel tyre totally flat I have supplied a spare newer one but this is also flat probably needs inner tube.Flap missing from where the outside water plugs in.A lot of delamination particularly on front window ledge and back sliding door that seperates the changing…
