Collection in person only.No leaks,stains or mould.Upholstery is in good condition clean and stain free.Carpet is clean and stain free.Fire,3way fridge freezer,cooker,lights ect work as should.Well looked after by previouse owner from new.We are both none smokers and pet free.Security registred.all windows etched with code.Comes with….Full Trio awning in mint green.very clean no stains or marks.Groundsheet.Caravan skirt(covers gap under caravan)Tabble and 4chairs,(2with padded seat/back rest). similar to photo,in green.2 waist water things on wheelsAqua roll for fresh water.
