This caravan is a 2001 model and is
about 8m (27ft) long and twin axle. It was owned and cared for by one family
before us. We purchased
in 2011 and have had many happy holidays with our children.
This
caravan comes with an end bedroom which can either offer 4 bunks, 1 bunk
and a single, 2 singles or an additional eating and seating area. The front sofas have a pull-out to make a double bed.
The
caravan has a toilet with wash basin and mirror
and a separate shower room. There are ample cupboards and drawers and a
full length wardrobe. There is a large mirror in the lounge area. The
kitchen area has sink, fridge, cooker and hob. The hob is in good
working order, the cooker comes on but does not reach high temperatures so needs attention or replacing.
There are two TV aerial points, back and front. The
electric heating is in good working order The
water pump is in good working order. There are blackout
blinds throughout and curtains. There is also a radio and CD player.
We
are selling this caravan with everything in the caravan included. This
includes a full length awning and breathable ground sheet which can easily
house an internal tent bedroom
and still have plenty of space for table/chairs/ storage units. There
