6 berth, double bed at front or two singles, 2 bunks or single in middle and bunks at the back. Light to tow, 1030 KGs. Full awning plus porch awning, floor matting that’s only been used a few times and also a caravan cover for the winter. 4 ring hob, grill, oven, 3 way fridge, hot water heater, shower, Alko Hitchlock, cassette toilet, drinks cabinet, heating, lots of extras included; water and waste water containers and covers for them, whale water pump, plus both awnings and the flooring. Width 7’ and length 23’. Also included is wheel lock and lock for tow bar. There are some age related marks, dents, small hairline cracks, but nowhere leaks. The door is stiff to close, there a crack on the kitchen window and skylight window. The shower tray is cracked around the plug hole but we’ve never used the shower and just have a mat over it. One of the wheel arch covers and wheel trim is missing. The caravan is currently in storage near Abergele. We’ve loved and looked after this lovely van but we’re regretfully selling due to moving house and nowhere to store it. Everything you need to start caravaning is included in the sale and I’ve tried to think of everything but there’s so much to remember. I have all the paperwork for it. It would make a great family first time van and would just need a few new bits that a caravan servicer could easily replace.
