2006 510-5 Avondale Dart 5 berth Caravan. Two Dinettes front and rear, both convert into double beds with the rear having a folding bunk over. This van is in great condition, the cushions have had fitted covers on since the van was new, so the upholstery is in excellent condition. This is a very clean van and has been much loved. The layout is well suited to both family’s and couples. The rear seating/sleeping area has a solid sliding door rather than the curtain usually fitted. The van has a large oven with separate grill and hob along with a 3 way fridge with freezer compartment as you would expect. Although the appliances have not been tested all where working as they should on the last outing, including the blown air heating and hot water heater. The Chassis and floor are good and solid as can be seen in the attached photographs. There has been some water egress around the middle front window. The ply has de-laminated and could do with being replaced. This is a relatively simple job for a competent DIYer. The middle window is also cracked and would benefit from a second hand replacement. Neither of the issues mentioned detract from the van which is ready to go and be enjoyed. This is a good clean honest van with a couple of small issues that can easily be rectified. Viewing is highly recommended and encouraged. I am available for viewings every week night and at the weekend….
