I’m selling this as we have a baby on the way and it’s no longer suitable for us. It’s clean and tidy with no damp. It does have one or two slight dents but not very noticeable. The awning track has damage to it on the opposite side to the door but never been a problem as the we only use the food side to attach the portch awning to, which is included and in good condition. The only isue it has is the hot water didn’t heat up this year? Probably needs a good service? Could be an easy fix? We always use the showers on site to be honest.
