Avondale 4 berth caravan I bought this to sleep in whilst building my house but never did. I do not have any keys for it. There is a fridge but because I didnt use it I never found out if it does. Oven and hob, again untested. Water heater, shower and toilet, again untested, the same as the electrics. There is damage on the front on the inside as shown in a photo, it has had damp but dont think so now, it doesnt smell like it !!
