Avondale 1996 2 berth caravan with end kitchen. No damp. Hob, oven, grill and fridge in working order. I have never used the heating or hot water system so cannot say if they work nor have I used the battery as I have always been on sites with electric hook up. Cold water system works to kitchen and bathroom taps. Aside from wear and tear in line with age there is damage to the front window as shown in the photos but they don’t leak. The skylight was replaced a few years ago. Comes with rolling water butt, waste container, hook up cable and hitch lock. Any questions welcome.
