This is a caravan in working order and basically good condition. Has been kept under cover for the past couple of years, used as a dwelling and an office on a building under renovation so kept in good order. The building where it is parked is currently on sale so the caravan needs to be moved quickly plus tyres need replacing hence low starting price.
