This 16ft Avondale Caravan has been used for 2 years as accommodation for guests and volunteers in our garden.
It is showing plenty of wear, as shown in the photos, and is scruffy. But it is now dry and comfortable, following fixing leaks. some wallpaper has peeled off where there was once a leak.
It has been adapted to include a woodstove in the place of a shower. The wood-stove is fully functioning and heats the space effectively. The Caravan was occupied by a guest in cold weather recently.
We have not been using the electronics or the taps, so best assume that they are not working, but they may well be!
The sink drains effectively. There is a fridge, we have never used this.
Has served us well, but no longer needed.
Includes double mattress (worn).
Plenty of storage.
Current Price: £30.00
