WATER DAMAGE THAT REQUIRES REPAIR.Avdondale Rialto 555-4 2001 Fixed bed 4 berth Caravan with Motor Mover.Been a really good family Caravan but unfortunately a leak on the front offside wasnt noticed and has now caused some damp and damage to the support timbers inside (see pictures)The external leak point has been sealed.I have taken all cupboards and seats in the front area out to try and repair the inside but it is a bit beyond my DIY skills..!!All seats and cupboards have been marked up and preserved to easy reinstallation.Otherwise in good condition. Water heater, space heater, oven and fridge all in working order.Comes with steel framed full awning and brand new Leisure battery (purchased 10.01.23)Ideal for someone handy or as a project.Collection from Worksop area.
