Avondale Rialto 640-6. 6 berth, 2001, CRIS registered. Half-length awning. Front lounge turns into a king size plus 2 sets of bunk beds on the left and right in the middle of the van. Bathroom at rear has a separate toilet, shower and basin. Full size gas cooker. Hot water, heating has optional blow air or just heater, runs on gas or electric. Fridge all works but one door tray and freezer flap are missing. Two skylights, both watertight but on one the plastic runners for the blind has deteriorated. There is a leak over the front windows and the interior panel needs replacing as has gone soft, I can give you the details of a companywho supplies caravan interior panels, it’s about £50 for a 2.4 x 1.2m sheet so not expensive to repair if you can DIY. No other leaks. One of the offside windows is missing but has been sealed with a matching panel. There are a few marks around the outside and a scuff to the nearside rear corner with a small piece missing from the light cluster. 4 good tyres plus spare. We have had this van for 4 years and lived in it for a while whilst building our house so it is well used and some of the curtains need repair. There are some marks on the interior. We are non-smokers and no pets. I don’t know the condition of the battery as we always used an electric hook up….
