6 Berth Caravan Avondale Godiva 556 2005 like Avondale Dart Requires AttentionA lovely holiday home that has accommodated us well over the last 5/6 years. Very Comfy and warm and a joy to tow.6 berth with fixed bunks to one end, mid section seating area turns into bunks or single bed, then the main seating area can sleep upto 3!The interior furniture/ furnishings in good useable condition.Getting to the main area of fault – as per pictures the plastic/fibreglass panel to the front, has developed stress cracks to the the upper parts of each side. These have been sealed with silicone, but ideally a proper repair is required – which is all about personal preference too. Inner walls and corners quite firm and dry, sometimes these models suffer from really spongey areas, some panels in matching wall material have been replaced over the years. I would say the front windows could do with a replace, they have become delaminated, and in his wisdom, my dad has screwed/secured the centre one in place. The two front side windows are also showing delamination and have caused noticeable damp discolouring, but again not spongey.The Van has been kept under its cover and just been take off for photos.
