Much loved Avondale argente touring caravan for sale, we have owned the caravan for 2.5 years and only selling because of family commitments.The caravan has been looked after and the known faults have been cared for or fixed.There has been some damp issues in the front corners, the trims were removed and resealed before we took ownership and haven’t noticed the issue getting any worse. There is a dent in the rear of the off side panel of the caravan which pierced the panel, as a temporary measure it was sealed with silicone nearly 2 years ago and never got round to fixing properly, the fix has been renewed every year and there is no damp issues from it.Rear toilet/shower room with plenty of cupboard space.Mid bedroom with fixed off side bed, full storage underneath, some accessed from outside locker.Plenty of cupboard space in the front with well looked after sofa (always covered with us and previous owners)There is a motor mover but I’ve never tested it and don’t know how to use it but there is a remote and wrench for it.Fridge works as it should same as the water heater and gas fire, we rarely used hook up sites so always used gas for everything but have tested the electrics at home.13 pin plug to car electrics.
