Open honest project,Having to sell due to land laws on private estate sadly.In very good condition inside.Bought it originally to get it back to where it needs to be but neighbours complaining means it’s got to go.Re sealed by myself so fully water tight.Ply at rear end pulled off and ready to be fixed.Sky light taken off and re sealed and water damage to hard board removed, all cut new ready to be fixed.Waste water caddy.Emergency toilet pot bought new.Good tyres.Structurally great.Jockey wheel needs renewing.Chassis is great.Obviously where I have to get rid of it I haven’t got round to sorting exterior.Believe it’s 1985 Avondale
