Hi all, I’m not a caravaner ,or have I ever beenI bought this for a temporary sleep space for an 8 day short away worker contract ,due to the pandemic and hotels ect having shut down all hospitality venues ect So having not used it myself ,I’ve not a clue of spec or it’s full potentialI was told by the family I got it from, that prior to the pandemic ,it was used for short breaks for there family and a sleep space for the owners race hobby.But as all the holiday sites were shut down and the racing season was abandoned he sold his racing outfit ,and subsequently the caravan was sitting unused ,so sold this as well He declared All worked as it should ,good hot shower and water ,heating ,240v mains and 12v power ect It Comes with An awning ,ground sheetWater roll Waste master container Hook up cable (very long)Jack foot pads and handle,Step to get in itodds and sods from its use Gas bottles ,regulatorsA hitch lock12volt tv and CD player and a separate CD player fitted in an end panel Some extra Cushions,Looks like possibly some extra different style curtains ?Two Avondale cushions In bags ,(maybe just new spares or for some specific job when the beds are erected?Some cover mats for the walkwayA thing on the roof ( probably an aerial)Some cooking utensils and kitchen stuff ectVery clean and nice condition inside Advice from previous owner ,he would flush through and sterilise the water system having been stood since…
