Hi, this caravan is currently situated at Cayton Holiday Village Scarborough and will come with the 6 weeks remaining on the plot.This is also where the caravan will need to be collected fromThe caravan belongs to my grandma, she’s 82 and is struggling to get there, she has been four times in the last year so has decided its not worth the cost anymore !!!!The caravan is originally a 2005 avondale agente 640-6 but as you can see from the pics my grandma had it totally renovated just under two years ago. She had the deck re-laminated and exterior sealed as well !!! The caravan is immaculate and it will come with everything shown in the pics!!!!… the awning (this is also only a couple of years old) the kettle, toaster, all the cutlery etc the water barrel, eletrical hook up cables which was also replaced when renovated… everything you need to get going is included with the caravan and everything included is like new. All internal electrics and plumbing are sound and all appliances work. It is fitted with a blown air heater which is nice when the weather is cooler. It has a tv mount and digital arial, small tv included. The caravan was originally a six berth but my Grandma has been using it as a 4/5. She’s also had a worktop fitted over one of the beds/seating…
