2008 Avondale 475-44 berth caravan Very lightweight and easy to tow.Brand new leisure battery fitted.Alko hitch.Great layout with seating in the rear which fold up to bunk beds. Top bunk not fitted, it came to us packaged and we have never needed it. Seating in the front which sets up as a double bed.Oven, grill, Heating, fridge sinks etc, everything it should have.Toilet, shower and sink in bathroom. Crack in sink but has no affect on it.Removable carpets throughout.Last used only 3 weeks ago, and only selling due to the purchase of a newer caravan.Last serviced a few months ago, moisture noticed, particular in the back. We had the caravan resealed across the roof and down the awning rails at a cost of £900 to prevent any more ingress and were told it should dry out over time. Attached is the sheet to show the works completed. Doesn’t affect our use of the caravan and we have used it frequently since.Caravan in internal storage, so we need it gone. Bidding to buy and take away, not to come and kick tires. Great starter caravan for us and would make a great caravan for someone else.Collection within…
