A very popular layout with Fixed Bed. There is some damp in the bathroom originating from the awning rail which has since been resealed, hence the low price and being sold as seen. Damp can be seen in the photos.
In front there is an L – shape sofa in the lounge that makes up into a double bed. A fold-away dining table is stored to the side of the cooker. In the centre is a kitchen equipped with a gas oven, grill, hob. A microwave is installed in a cupboard above the cooker. The fridge can be run off either gas or electric, as does the space heater and hot water. The fixed bed is at the rear of the caravan and has access to storage beneath. The bathroom and separate shower cubicle are situated between the living area and the bedroom.
The caravan is equiped with a motor mover. New tyres and leisure battery were fitted in 2017.
