A very popular layout with End Washroom / Side Dinette. There are damp problems, hence the low price and being sold as seen. Please see video included. Damp can be seen in the photos and on the video and on the damp report. Damp is situated around the front windows as well as the front corners. I would think it needs the awning rails resealed and new window rubbers. This area would dry out but would leave some sponginess and marks in areas (Great project or could be used as it is with no real issues)
