2000 avondale touring caravan 5 berth Mayfair dart. Ready a week on Sunday 9th July Please read ! we brought this lovely caravan in lockdown, we have modernised it to suit our family . we absolutely loved every moment of it. we have some lovely family breaks away in it. we completely renovated it. the only thing we didn’t do was the bathroom as previous owner painted the sink in the wrong paint.Bathroom has a working toilet and shower with sink.we have never used the shower but does run as far as we could see. but we have brought the new plastic paint and this will be included in the sale.lots of you tube videos showing you how to easily remove the paint and respray. also comes with a radio and tv with dvd. we also have a full sized awning and an extra porch awning included. Kitchen area has a fridge and has been tiled to make it look smarter has a kitchen sink and storage room for microwave also. Also has fitted wardrobe. we have made this very family friendly.The old oven was broken so we have removed this and was going to add a microwave as we used outside to cook anyway. A little bit of adjustment you can create your perfect cooking area for your family.i have been honest and happy to answer any questions. this was designed for family’s unfortunately our work commitment’s wont allow us to get so much time off that we would like. The back beds will sleep 4 children…
