2 birth avondale caravan for sale. Sadly for sale as we are upgrading to something bigger. This caravan is in immaculate condition for its age and is from a smoke free home! The hob and oven is very clean and hardly ever been used there is also no damp patches on the caravan and has a newly fitted carpet throughout. It also comes with a brand new porch awning and all the water containers and water pump. The only down fall about this caravan is it does not have a fire as the previous owner took it out and replaced it with a storage space. We have been using a small oil filled radiator and find this is plenty warm enough! The radiator also comes with the caravan along with a 24inch tv.This caravan is a fantastic starter for a small family. We will be sad to see it go!!!!
