FOR SALEOur 1999 2 Berth Avondale Dart 470/2 Touring Caravan.BAD POINTS:This caravan has slight damp in the top front uprights and under one side window although no water is present on the walls. The floor is spongy in places. Neither of these has affected our use of the caravan since purchased in 2015.Shower has been removed and converted to storage space.Main front windows stays missing.All window fly screens work but show some marks.No strip light in bathroom battery one fitted instead.GOOD POINTS:Everything works. Full Size Bradcot awning included. Needs pegs.Non smoking owners. End washroom with flushing toilet and sink and large wardrobe. Front seating area transforms to large double bed. Gas oven and grill combined and four burners. Water heater 12V/Gas and 240V. Combined warm air blown heating and heater. Fridge with freezer compartment. Alco hitch. Recent new tyres. Recent replacement roof light with blind. Spare wheel. All paperwork including owners manual included.CRIS registered.The caravan is currently in storage but will be available to view if required.Viewing is recommended.This caravan is ideal for someone, like ourselves, wanting to try caravanning for the first time at very little expense. Caravan will need removing once purchased within 5 days and payment prior to collection by Pay Pal please.Can be delivered at your expense up to 50 miles.
