For sale 2 berth caravan Avondale Rialto 2003 year model. Classic two berth with large end bathroom. Caravan is in full working condition, but please note it is sale as spare or repair due to damp issue in van. On the front there are two separate seats what can made a double bed, kitchen with basic equipment – fridge, sink – with hot / cold water, cooker with hob, grill and oven, room heater. In the bathroom there is nice size separate shower – hot / cold water, cassette toilet, hand wash basin, wardrobe. Caravan is clean and fully usable. Unfortunatelly on the front there is damp, on both side under side windows, and one corner on the front. Please note both side top corners are good, in cupboards as well there is no damp. Please see last 4 photos. The rest of caravan is damp free. One side window has crack, but only inside part. Bodywork in good condition. Solid floor, no smelling damp anyway. There are lots of items what are going with like Motor mover with remote, gas bottle, battery, spare wheel, radio / CD player. Alko stabiliser fitted. All blinds, fly nets work fine, no issue.
