Clean and dry caravan with no damp. Selling as spares as it needs some work but would make a good little project for someone. Front turns into large double bed. Electrics all work as well as fridge. Needs new leisure battery for lights. Toilet needs new pump. Comes with water barrel and waste carrier but needs new water pump. Not sure abt cooker as never used it, the caravan was used in the garden by my daughter. Also has an awning which we never used but told by previous owner it was all fine
