Specification includes External BBQ point, Status TV aerial, Fridge, Sink, Oven & grill, Gas hob, separate shower, Thetford cassette toilet. This caravan is supplied with two sets of keys. This caravan contains damp and will require remedial work. No warranty is given or implied. The damp is located in the F/O/S and F/N/S corner and its showing readings of up to 50% on the N/S with soft, pimpled wall boarding and up to 90% on the O/S with soft wall boarding. The damp in these areas, affects from the top of the window level to the floor. Readings of around 25-30%can be found on the floor underneath both front seats. A reading of 25% was found on the floor around the toilet. This auction will not be finished early – There is NO Buy It Now price.
