1996 Avondale Leda Grampian 4 berth caravan. Condition is Used.We are selling our beloved Queenie. She has served us very well since buying her in 2015 for £2495.HOWEVER, she has since had a leak and there is water damage – please see photos. She is currently bone dry but we have not sealed the leak as yet. We think it is along the awning rail and have put a top cover on her which has prevented any further water ingress even during latest storms. Cover included in sale. Therefore, she requires internal cosmetic repairs along one side. The photos do look horrific but the wall is bone dry to touch. Unfortunately, we do not have the skills to do the work ourselves nor the funds to pay someone to do it for us. This has coincided with our children having grown out of caravanning holidays! Hence, her sale. She was serviced last year, in May 2018. Although old, she is insured with ClubCare Insurance who will insure older vans. She is sold as seen.Everything works well but please note the following:1. Hot water tap is slow.2. Fridge only works on electric, not gas.3. Heater only works on electric, not gas.4. Front grab handle split but works. She is cosy and warm and a delight for a first caravan. She has a rear washroom with Thetford cassette toilet. We removed the shower head and hose.The side dinette turns into bunks – all mattresses and ladder included.Front lounge turns into double bed.Loads of storage.Will come…
