Reluctantly selling my caravan due to not having time to put right the problems that have started to arise due to age, great starter van or parts for a renovation.Problems I have found are Window lege and locks need replacingPipes have perished under kitchen sinkDoor side front window could do with replacing due to it being broken on outside still water tight and is in awningIt has had damp previously but managed to stop it and get it dried outFridge a bit temperamental depending on sites power level it is a 3way but never used on gas or batteryGood bits areGas works and water heater don’t know about heater never needed Lights all workTows really well we have towed with an 1.8 astra with no problems.
