1982 Avondale Mayfly touring caravan, 2.5 berth, main body 13.5 feet long (total length about 17.5′) and about 81″ wide. Included in sale are 7 kg Calor gas butane bottle, water pump and waste water container.NOT included are the external electric cable and the leisure battery (it died).We bought this caravan last year to live in while between houses. We lived in it for 4 months and had a few storms, but we never experienced a leak. (Previous owners had a leak fixed and that proved to hold well). It spend the winter and spring in our garden and now its time to move on.There are 2 cigarette burns, one in a seat cover and one in a curtain as shown in the pictures.The fridge door is missing a hinge, butt still closes. There is a small freezer compartment.There is a gas oven under the seat next to the bathroom door, at the entrance this seat can be turned into a bed for a small child, there is a guard for this bed stored in the bathroom. We haven’t used the bathroom as such, as we could use the facilities of the campsite; to us it was just storage.The caravan comes with a usage manual written by the original owners.The caravan is to be sold as seen;…
