Up for auction “relisted after time waster” is a lovely retro 1980s Avondale Sandmartin 2 berth caravan. Unfortunately we have to sell as our preferred site is closing down. Not too sure of age but probably early 1980s. She is 14’6”/4.4 metres long and 6’8”/2 metres wide. She is pretty sound and solid inside and out with the odd battle scar and usual signs of being used and enjoyed for nearly 40 years (Look at the pictures). She is bone dry inside and none of the windows have cracks but some of the plastic fixings and trim are beginning to get brittle with age. The hobs and grill work but we have never used nor tested the oven or heater but I know the fridge does not function. When we had a pump the water to the sink and shower worked well. I lost the original key so fitted a new door lock a couple of years ago which has become temprimetel lately so might need a new one again (about £15 from ebay). Ceiling in shower/toilet is a bit scruffy ie ceiling paper coming unstuck (see photo) and shower curtain needs replacing.Included is an Aqua Roll; chemical toilet; 3 gas bottles (one with some in it); tow hitch lock; step; spare wheel and second-hand awning which we only purchased last year and not had a chance to fit and test so unfortunately no photo of…
