Good condition, just needs a few (internal) repairs – e.g. currently no lighting, have been using plug in lamps from its ‘mains’ and needs some attention to some damaged window catches. Structurally sound, tyres in good condition (therefore ‘tow-worthy’), watertight and damp-free.
