Good afternoon. Welcome to my sale of this Ace jubilee statesman touring caravan. Caravan has been used as a base for approximately 18months whilst I have been renovating my house. i bought it for £5500 back in June 2021 and the van was very well lokked after and clearly used and loved for holidays. It is an ideal doo-er-upper as these are quite a desirable van and it still has lots of holiday equipment in it. It tows excellently and would be ideal for a handyman/woman to tidy up. I’m trying to be as honest as possible and you could get up and go on holiday straight away with the van but as you’d expect after the past year there’s some wear and tear ponts. Good points: – Very good structural caravan – NO mould. (at all).- Fixed double bed.- Working fridge, electric hook up, water pump.- Comes with water bowser, and the wheeled fluid bowser, bits of camping equipment such as wind breaks etc… – Extended gas pipework with two bottles.- Comes with tow mirrors- Electric water heater is brilliant. – Toilet as far as I can see has never been used – I never used it and rarely used the shower. – Shower works and is in very good condition – floors are solid and show no sign of any leaks- Oven works- Fridge works- Heater works- 12 and 24V lighting all work- Leisure battery holds charge and all switches / breakers work well.- The van will come with a custom heavy duty wheel replacement stand.
