5 berth caravan 2004 with full Ventura awning. There are two double beds plus a bunk for a child or small person. Side bench seating, which we have kept covered,both ends with a sliding screen one end for privacy. It has the usual fittings inc fridge with small freezer compartment, full sized cooker, blown air heating, wardrobe, many storage cupboards all in fair condition. No damp with solid floor. It has 2 brand new tyres. It’s a bit tired due to it’s age but makes a lovely family caravan. There is a shower tray & curtain rail in the bathroom with Thetford cassette toilet but no shower but this can be easily rectified. The reason we are selling is that we are downsizing to a smaller caravan as there only 2 of us. We have all the original paperwork and instructions. The caravan is stored in West Wittering and genuine viewings are welcome with no time wasters please. This is a genuine private sale and will come with a hook up lead, waste and water tanks.
