Caravan for sale. Not perfect but usable. Can be used straight away or small project for longer term use. Cooker / hob / oven all working. Fridge working. Skylight. Loo area and cupboard. The sink in the loo area has no taps and is cracked. no shower but space if wanted to fit one. Cupboard is missing a hinge and no separate door for this area. Plenty of storage space, curtain for pulling around single bed. Plug sockets and lighting wires but no lights fitted. Cheap holiday home. Can be driven away. There are areas of damp around the front window that if wanted to maintain for the future would need work. There is also damp stains around the sink wall. The door has no key but has been fitted with latch for a padlock. As I said, it’s not perfect but it could be used for the summer festivals and renovated easily enough for next year or not if you didn’t mind a few stained areas. We have used it as it is for a few years for weekends at a time and it is comfortable and homely enough for the three of us.
