I have for sale here, a great little caravan located between
Helston and Falmouth.
I bought this two years ago and have used it for temporary
staff. During this time it’s been parked
on concrete in a sheltered yard. It’s
for sale now as it’s no longer needed.
The chassis appears to be fine. Internally the caravan is in good condition
and extremely clean. All seats, carpets,
cushions and curtains have been washed.
All curtains and cushions are present.
I have included the items I furnished it with, namely a new
fridge, toaster, room heater, stainless steel kettle and microwave.
The gas cooker seems to work fine, albeit there is no gas
test certificate. This is the only gas item.
Sink, taps, sewage all work but tap is a bit wobbly. Parking jacks and jockey
wheel all fine.
Fire extinguisher included (needs to be checked) but still
in plastic wrapping and a new, unused fire blanket.
We removed the gas heater, simply for safety reasons and
replaced it with a mains, 240v nice glass electric heater. That is also included and heats the caravan
really quickly.
We’ve wired it up for a 240v plug, as can be seen in one of
the photos. 240v lighting too.
Plumbing we just plumbed in a hoselock fitting so nice an
simple for a cold water supply. You can run water from your
garden tap.
