Auction is fot the above caravan.It has been permanently sited on a seasonal pitch in Calne Wiltshire.The van has been used infrequently, mainly sunny weekends, the van has been cleaned and maintained to a high standardThe van has no leaks or damp issues and everything works as it should.Van is sold ready to go. with Kettle, Toaster, Coffee m/c, iron, plates, all utensils, etc. etcHas the factory fitted Oven , Fridge freezer, Microwave. All work fine.Also included is an LG 24″ smart tv. Mattress is good and we have included a memory foam topper.and protector.Heating, hot water , and gas all working. half bottle of gas in front locker.All catches on windows and door are present and working,as are curtains and blinds.There is minor cosmetic damage to door side, caused whilst removing sealant used to fit electric sockets.Van can be viewed any evening.
