Only reason this is up for sale is that we have been out and upgraded
This caravan when I brought it had damp. it has all been cut out and has been rebuilt to a high standard but only there is a issue with the wallpaper that I used has started to lift off the walls with a little bit off time this can be easily be rectified
Your more than welcome to bring your own damp tester
This is not a brand new van so expect little marks around it
Comes with new tyres new and alloys wheels ,a wheel clamp ,every light has been replaced with energy saving led bulbs, led awning light above door, kettle,toaster,plates,cups,pots,pans,chopping boards wind breakers x2
Waste butt,aqua roll,electric hook up, motor mover, battery,digital safe bolted to floor in wardrobe everything form toilet and water system has had new seals fitted
New alko hitch brake blocks replaced
Fittings on side off caravan for TV Ariel + comes with the extra Ariel
TV DVD player also fitted on TV bracket
Fitted carpets.just brought spare wheel and tyre and also a alko frame for under caravan
There Is probably a bit more I have replaced and there maybe something On the caravan…
