A well looked after 6 berth caravan. Fixed bunk with bottom bunk storage with side door access. Small dining area makes a second set of bunk beds. Large seating area makes a spacious double bed.Other features: Thetford fridge with freezer compartment. Beiling cooker with grill, oven, 3 gas ring/1 electric ring hob. Bathroom with sink, cassette toilet and shower (sink tap pulls out and fits onto shower bracket to be used as shower head). Heating system, alarm, aerial, lots of roof vents, and a sunroof with fly screen. All windows have fly screens and blackout blinds.This caravan has stacks of storage including a separate wardrobe.Also includes a fullsize side awning, in great condition, no tears or damage. Plus 2 extra side bedrooms storage annexes, also perfect condition. Also has a second full set of curtains (more modern). Serviced 2019, new tyres. Wear & tear; fire front has some small rust marks. just needs light sand and fire paint. Bathroom sink has some discolouration and small crack, can be easily repaired. Some very minor external body dents/scratches. A small dent in the TV counter surface, easily filled with resin. Non of these affect usage.
