Hi we have decided to sell our 1998 ACE Jubilee Viceroy 5 berth caravan.
We have had the caravan for around ten years and we just feel its now time to upgrade to a newer van. We are in fact in France in the caravan on our 2 week holidays, which is where all the pics have been taken. The van is in very good condition inside and out for its age, there are no rips or tears on any of the seat cushions. The cooker and oven works as it should, as does the fridge freezer along with all electric sockets and lights. The heater works as it should too. We have never had to use the water as its always been to hand on sites, so the shower and toilet have never been used by us at all. We used to use the sinks but found it just as easy to use on site facilities. The chap I bought it from used to use the shower etc and had no issues. When I bought the van there had been a leak in the rear corner which the chap said he had sorted and sure enough we have never had any damp at all in the van in the ten years. The caravan will come with the awning, curtains which have only been used on this holiday and a 22″ tv dvd.
