Hi This is my parents beloved Ace Caravan. They have owned it for 12 years, they have all paperwork and registered with cris.This is the Tristar model that has the fixed Island bed at one end and lounge at the other.This also has the optional air conditioning unit in the roof.Everything works on this caravan and benefits from a new Electrical control unit last year.The caravan is located in Oxford and viewings are welcome by appointment.There is gas and electric hot water and heating.The caravan comes with awning which is in good condition.This caravan is 14 years old so its not new and shows some marks hear and there. Mum has however kept it in very good condition for the year.Both tyres and spare are in good condition.Does not come with water bottle, waste water container or 240v elec cable.
