This is a much loved family caravan. We have had it from new and taken good care of it. It has been used for a 2 week holiday each year and then some years we have had a second break for about a week. So very little used given its age and has no problems with damp.The layout is excellent for a family. There is a bed at the front (2 sofas convert to a double bed) and a bed at the back (2 sofas convert to a double bed. There is also a bunk over the back bed for 1 child (all parts are fully included). The rear area has a sliding door that can be pulled across to effectively make a separate bedroom for either adults or children, or a dining area during the dayThe kitchen area has a cooker with grill, oven and 4 hobs (3 gas and one electric). There is a fully working Thetford fridge with small freezer compartment. This works off both electricity or gas.Heating is electric or gas hot air central heating with a central ‘fire’ unit. Hot air heating to the front, rear and bathroom. The water is heated via an immersion heater which was replaced circa 2 years ago. There is an electric pump that pumps water from the water container into the tank.The bathroom has a sink, cassette toilet, shower/shower curtain and useful cupboard.All bar the bathroom is carpetted.
