We bought this caravan last year and have used it as our home whilst self buliding. Now that our new home is ready we no longer need the caravan. It has lived in a barn for the year it has been with us. It was sold to us as fully working but we have only used the lights,oven, fridge, toilet and cold water supply so cannot vouch for the hot water heater or the caravan heater. The caranvan is four berth with a small showeroom/toilet and kitchen. It is sold as seen.The tyres are both less than a year old, the exterior lights worked when we towed it to site.We need the space, there is no reserve and no guarantees but it has been fine for us.You will need a tow bar or trailer to collect it, we cannot deliver. We are covid free and will have the caravan ready in the driveway for collection.It does come with an awning but we have never even got it out so do not know the condition.
