Structurally sound, including the lights sockets etc . May have slight leak from seal rear window or condensation. Old but could be cleaned up more and used as is or easy update. I think it’s 3/4 berth depending on adults and kids .Front seats just need a board to go between for the cushions to make an adult double . Rear seats make up into an L shape for kids or possibly another double with more cushions etc . Has curtain rail on ceiling around rear births.Not really sure as just wanted cheap hang out for only me . Let the pics be your guide along with your imagination .Never used hob and oven but clean and looks usable . Fridge old but works with small freezer .No rips or stains on cushions . Seperate shower room with fixed toilet again never used since bought two years ago to hang out in while bungalow was refurbished . Plenty of storage space and comfortable. Could be used as is with a deeper clean or modernised without much work . May have lost key to door but should be in there somewhere , but will try find otherwise you can pad lock . Want it gone as need patio back so only bid if you can collect Sunday after auction finishes from Ll14 area ,cash on collection ,please.
