I have had this caravan for around 20 years. She has been very well used for many happy holidays but is now very tatty, and I have moved on from caravan holidays. Although she is really probably not too bad for a caravan that is 43 years old, she is being sold as seen, on a spares or repairs basis.She comes with all the original paperwork and it would be lovely if someone would like to restore her but she may also be suitable as a rest room/welfare unit on a farm, equestrian or construction site.She is dry inside and does not have any water leaks in the roof or anything like that. There is one corner section where water got in historically, but this has been sorted and cannot be seen as it is below the seating area.Externally and internally, she is showing the wear of a caravan that has seen better days with patches of rust and the odd repair (some done and some still needed), here and there. The door needs a bit of attention. The windows are in very poor condition and also need attention although they do not let water in; some of the catches are missing. It is a 4 berth with seats and tables at each end, which convert to double beds. One end can be partly shut off with a sliding door, for privacy. There is a lot of storage space under the seats, in the wardrobe and in the wall cupboards.The cooker, fridge, sink…
