by auction is our rustic retro 4 berth fixed bed touring caravan conversion we
wanted to create a space that was compact, easy to move & tow yet
spacious inside with fixed beds to save taking them up and down on
site, we think it works well and is a good use of space.
They are
all good sized solid strong beds, The front beds are large and
comfortable and come with two brand new mattresses, they both are 6ft
x 31 inches however the one where table is stored would accommodate
up to 6ft 7 inches.
In the
middle to one side is the Kitchen area this includes a gas hob, grill
& oven. Sink with tap and separate drainer plus a 240v fridge.
Opposite
is the toilet/ wash room this comes with a mirrored vanity unit, 12v
pull cord light, sink with hot and cold mixer tap and a Thetford
cassette toilet with 12v electric flush.
The hot
water is supplied by a 240v electric Carver Cascade 2 water heater
this has a switch with a light on it so you know when its on you just
switch it on when you need it it works well and gets lovely and warm.
It comes supplied with an external water pump, aqua roll type fresh
water carrier with a handle and also a waste water carrier.
It has
interior lights these are 12 volt, it also has 240 volt mains
electric inc a RCD…
