4 berth, really nice van to tow and to use. We haven’t used this van for about the last 5 years, the plan was to do the little jobs ready for this summer but just didn’t have the time so would rather see someone else take it and do it up over the autumn/ winter months and enjoy it, however it can be used just as it is. The van has an excellent seating arrangement with a large side window/fire escape. We have kept the grill but replaced the oven with a microwave and removed the unreliable fridge and use a mains/battery cold box instead which proves handier when going out for the day. The hot water system does not work as we just use the site showers, whilst clearing it out I have noticed signs of damp in the corner wardrobe and along the rear wall at the bottom, although it seems dry now despite all the heavy rain of late, I expect the roof joints require resealing with some silicone. There are fresh water and dirty water containers along with mains hook up lead included. The tyres were replaced about 6 years ago. I also have a full-length awning that effectively doubles the size of the van that I would like to sell separately unless I get a reasonable price for van.
