For sale ABI Statesman caravan 1995 model outside bodywork good condition for year been sited on same caravan site for last 15 years no major dents or scuffs but will have some age related marks,inside everything works heating can be either gas or electric and has blow heating,fridge waterheater and cooker in working order as are 12v lights van has no leisure battery as plugged into mains all time .van can sleep 5 but one is for child in bunk bed (no mattress) above rear beds which are proper fitted mattresses which can be single or made into double and this area can be closed off by sliding door .The front cushions are showing signs of wear which is to be expected but still ok and has blinds and fly screens which all work except front side window which is missing but curtains cover anyway so not an issue.Floor generally sound ,front window had leaked in but now resealed and reboarded and watermark on panel at rear no rot and still sound (think it was from cracked skylight ) have put gaffe tape over both to seal but could easily be replaced.To sum up don’t expect van to be immaculate but for a 25 year old van it’s in good usable condition ideal workman van or first timer not wanting to spend a fortune ,no buy it now price so don’t ask because I wont reply and will let auction run genuine bidders only and cash on…
